REWARD NGCOBO

Currently Married to Gail Ngcobo with a a son and two daughters, he lives in Westville, Durban.

His passion is to empower, train and motivate people (especially young people) to live beyond expectations and limitations. To Awaken Vision and Instil Hope!!!

Reward studied Marketing Management and worked in the same field for some years. He then further studied Theology which saw him change direction as lecturer in a Theological college.

In 2001 he joined a non profit organisation, Focus on the Family - where he got involve in HIV/AIDS education. He worked with various departments of government (Health, Social welfare, Education, safety and security) but mainly focused on Department of Education (DoE) - where he trained DoE officials, facilitated educator's workshops, religious leaders' trainings, community leaders' workshops and learners/student workshops and camps.

He continued to train in neighbouring countries such Zambia, Mozambique, Botswana, etc partnering with other organisation and empowering their staff. In 2007, Reward was involved in life skill coaching with Iqhawe programme under South African Rugby Legends Association (SARLA).

Reward is currently finishing his studies in Business Management while running his small business in HR/IR consulting and training.
