Legends Cup
Vuka Rugby is all about passing on the passion for the game to young aspiring rugby athletes from across the country. Most of these players are from underprivileged areas. For them, the sport and the League are a way to escape their circumstances and aspire towards the positive values rugby encompasses, such as sportsmanship, dedication and loyalty.
Following their matches in the Vuka Rugby League season, players show off their skills on the field in the Legends Cup Tournament and experience the excitement and challenge of playing in tournament matches. The best players from the Legends Cup and Vuka programs then get to travel to Johannesburg and play in the provincial Hollywood Foundation Iqhawe week.
